About Us

Founder & Creator

Kimberly T Smith (Creator/ Writer/ Producer) hails from Detroit, Michigan. Her love of the Arts was birthed through assisting her aunt, Dianne Smith Newsome, with her stage play, “The Devil Made Me Do It,” which saw its theatrical debut in the early 90’s. As a result, Kim got to wear many hats from: stagehand, to costumes, set dressing, props so much more. The show would eventually make its way on a national tour, as well as off-Broadway in New York.

A former high school tennis coach, Kim graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration from Southwestern Christian University, a Master of Science in Higher Education Leadership from Northeastern State University and a degree in Pastoral Studies from Rhema Bible Training College in Broken Arrow, OK.

A lifelong learner, Kim has immersed herself in a number of trainings and writing workshops to learn the craft of writing effectively. This includes: The Austin School of Film for screenwriting and postproduction work; The Institute of Children's Literature, Playwriting, Creative Writing, and most recently, Church For the Nation's (CFTN) Film Lab 2021, for aspiring filmmakers on the craft of writing, directing and acting. She is a published author of two books. Heaven's Adventures: The Case of the Stolen Treasure (May 2022) and Miracle Power for Your Hour: How to Access God's Miracle Power in Your Time of Need (August 2007).

What We Do at Go & Shepherd Productions LLC

Too Busy to Write that Book? Let me help!

Got a burning desire to write a book, blog or other, but no time to get it done? You're not alone, many people find the task overwhelming and never accomplish their goal. I can take that weight off your shoulders. Imagine in a few short months you'll be on your way to having a completed manuscript! Sounds too good to be true...read on.

The Road to a Completed Manuscript

To effectively capture your story requires me to hear your story. This will be accomplished over time that we set up as "gut spilling" sessions. I'll ask a series of questions to get us going while taking copious notes. Each session should be a max of 1.5 hours and done online. Once a draft is created, it will be forwarded for accuracy, and clarity before moving onto the next chapter until completion is achieved. Like to record your thoughts? Whatever it takes to get the job done, as flexibility is my middle name. Email submissions are definitely accepted.

Putting "Holy" in Ghostwriting

To produce a good manuscript not only requires time, attention, and knowhow, but you also need a spiritual antenna to help you see what isn't in front of you. With God as my Co-writer, you can be assured of a final product that your readers will sense the tangible spiritual connection...I can help you create that dynamic page turner the audience won't want to put down!
